TORRENS REBRANDING ASSIGNMENT
ORIGINAL BRANDING
This modern Japanese restaurant offers a warm and inviting experience, blending authentic traditional meals with a playful and charming atmosphere. The menu features beloved Japanese staples such as ramen, udon, and teishoku. Guests can enjoy their meals with dine in, pick up, or delivery services, making the restaurant a convenient option for a variety of dining preferences.
Inside the Sydney, Pyrmont location, the aesthetic is cute and modern, with an emphasis on friendly, family style service. The interior is thoughtfully decorated with plush Shiba dog toys lining the windows, adding personality and warmth to the space.
This Pyrmont restaurant is nestled on a quiet street surrounded by small businesses that share a love for Japanese culture. Nearby shops include a local matcha cafe and an asian fusion cafe.
The brand has expanded to a location in the Rouse Hill Town Centre, which features a separate logo but shares the same spirit, menu and social media presence. As the business grows, there should be an effort to build a more consistent brand identity across all locations. while maintaining the cute, cozy, family style dining approach and embracing the signature Japanese cuisine.
The goal with this rebranding assignment is to ensure that whether a customer visits the bustling Pyrmont spot or the Rouse Hill outpost, they’ll encounter the same sense of familiarity, warmth, and dedication to quality that defines the brand.
